　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）政府加快土地供應，各大發展商亦積極申請下，屋宇署於去年12月共批出50份圖則，創8個月新高，申請個案亦達32宗，創9個月新高。

　會德豐地產位於山頂加列山道63號的賽詩閣獲批興建3幢4層高及3幢3層高洋房，及1幢7層高分層住宅，樓面約42,416平方呎。而希慎興業於銅鑼灣新寧道1號至11號的新寧大廈獲批興建1幢25層高的商廈。

　自由行帶動下，不少企業對重建酒店亦大感興趣。?達企業於北角電氣道118至120號獲批興建1幢29層酒店，羅守泓持有的香港仔大道150號紅茶合館獲批興建1幢19層高酒店或商廈。
