居屋買賣9個月新低

香港文匯報訊　中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇昨日指出，11月二手居屋買賣合約登記(包括居屋自由市場及第二市場)錄得438宗，總值14.94億元，較10月的511宗及17.40億元，分別下跌14.3%及14.1%。宗數是創今年2月後的九個月新低，而金額創今年3月後的八個月新低。

黃良昇指，數據反映「佔中」行動影響市民觀望，以致二手居屋買賣連續兩個月下調。由於本月政府推售全新居屋，以及明年推出第二輪白居二，相信會影響二手居屋交投持續放緩。

11月有2宗二手居屋買賣登記打入十大高價成交榜，當中大角咀富榮花園18座中層G室以690萬元售出，創歷史第三高，而深水埗怡靖苑寧靜閣(B座)中層3室錄689.9萬元，金額創歷史第四高。

首11月買賣總值升22%

按年方面，今年首十一個月的二手居屋買賣合約登記錄5,725宗，總值181.53億元，較2013年全年的4,994宗及148.66億元上升14.6%及22.1%。金額是自2010年的199.29億元後，創四年新高。
