　香港文匯報訊　 (記者周穎) 私樓樓價向上，帶動居屋亦水漲船高。牛頭角居屋樂雅苑有投資者持貨一年獲利約91萬元，升值約65%。

　港置陳偉宗表示，樂雅苑E座雅和閣極低層8室，建築面積約為588平方呎，2房間隔，享清靜低層內園，自由市場成交價約為230萬元，折合呎價約3,912元，因屬極低層，故價錢較便宜。買家為區內分支家庭，有見單位實用寬敞，環境幽靜舒適，故決定購入單位自用。據悉，原業主於去年1月以約139萬元於自由市場購入，是次轉售獲利約91萬元，升值約65%。
