尖沙咀商廈低層5800萬沽

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）市場陸續出現投資者入市動靜，尖沙咀漢口道4及6號騏生商業中心低層全層新近易手，作價約5,800萬元，物業面積約4,140方呎，平均呎價約1.4萬元。中原（工商舖）李婉琪表示，項目以現狀連租約形式出售，預料租期屆滿後租金會有顯著增幅。

高層獲積極洽購

李氏續稱，騏生商業中心自早前獲康健國際或有關人士斥資1.16億元購入該廈12樓及13樓後，迅即成為投資焦點，查詢及洽購反應更見熱烈。除今番成功沽出之項目外，現時該廈高層全層亦獲個別準買家積極洽購，意向呎價約1.5萬元。

另一邊廂，市傳金鐘海富中心一樓94號舖位獲洽至尾聲，洽購價傳約為1,650萬元，舖位面積約350方呎，倘成交落實折合呎價約4.7萬元。有指買家為資深投資者李耀華或有關人士。
