小資料：市建局最大項目 2021年竣工

觀塘市中心計劃是市建局至今開展的最大型重建項目，總地盤面積達5.35公頃，分階段發展五個發展區，整個重建項目預計2021年完工。

昨日截標的第二及第三發展區，地盤面積約23.42萬方呎，計劃提供約1,700個住宅單位（住宅總樓面面積約149.6萬方呎）及約35.76萬方呎非住宅樓面面積，包括零售店舖、為專利巴士及公共小型巴士而設的兩層公共交通交匯處、小販市集、垃圾收集站，及6.89萬方呎的公眾休憩用地。

擬建60層摩天大廈

觀塘市中心計劃第一區於2009年10月已由信置奪得發展權，即現時的「觀月．樺峯」。餘下第四、第五區，即靠近觀塘道一帶的地盤，為整項重建計劃的第三階段發展，計劃興建1幢60層摩天大廈，內有寫字樓、酒店等，及一個大型商場，提供 225.7萬方呎商業樓面。
