世紀21 Q動力-招潔冰董事表示，該行再促成小西灣藍灣半島8座高層F室單位，實用面積為465平方呎，建築面積678平方呎，單位屬2房設計，眺望開揚城市景及山景，剛以$2.2萬租出，實用面積平均呎租達$47.3，業主於今年5月放盤出租，要求租金為$2.2萬於近日「零議價」下獲誠意租客承租。

招潔冰表示，租客為外區客，心儀此單位附有簇新裝修，廳房開則四正，陽光充沛，故租客立即決定租入，業主早於2018年3月以$800萬購入單位，現以月租$2.2萬租出，以購入價計算，最新租金回報達3.3厘。
