31歲的英皇小花「小背心」許靖韻（Angela），於2023年以約550萬元購入英皇國際旗下香港仔新盤澄天海景1房戶，她日前正式收樓，並分別於IG及小紅書分享收樓一刻。

「小背心」在IG留言：「Welcome to my new place」，又在小紅書表示：「新居入伙感恩！也要更努力」、「喜歡家的感覺」；從她分享的相片可見，單位佈局四正，並可享開揚山景及市景。

許靖韻於2023年11月澄天的首輪銷售時，購入1個大1房戶；她當時透露，因《施政報告》減辣，決定入市收租。她其後出席活動時坦言，本港樓價昂貴，自己每月用於供樓的費用達3萬元，因而感到「好大負擔，係好有壓力」，並表示「要勤力做嘢搵錢，所以希望大家搵我唱歌」。

「小背心」有小富婆之稱，她曾表示自己在大學修讀財務，加上從小已很精打細算，很不捨得花錢購物，一個背囊用上五年，所以在24歲時已成功「上車」首次置業，時為2017年，她斥資400多萬元，與母親一同購入英皇旗下的長沙灣喜遇1伙1房戶，同樣用以收租，自己則另住父母的物業。

她在首置後接受訪問，當時同樣表示有供樓壓力：「因為仲要供，一個月供一萬五左右，好似好長遠咁，但唔係超級吃力嘅，我都希望我自己供晒，始終我後生啲，可以做嘢多好多。」
