　 (記者周穎) 零售業表現強勁，令資深投資者大手入市尋寶。資深投資者小巴大王馬亞木剛斥資7,300萬元購入尖沙咀諾士佛臺12號地下連天井及以1,900萬元購入尖沙咀彌敦道66至70號金冠大廈5樓。

　中原(工商舖)商舖部營業董事鍾浩文表示，資深投資者小巴大王馬亞木剛斥資7,300萬元購入尖沙咀諾士佛臺12號地下連天井，總建築面積約3,200平方呎，呎價約22,813元。現租客為土耳其餐廳「瑪哈吧」，於95年開始承租，現時月租約19.5萬元，回報約3.2厘。同時又斥資1,900萬元購入尖沙咀彌敦道66至70號金冠大廈5樓，建築面積約3,500平方呎，呎價約5,429元。現時經營賓館，月租9.4萬元，享5.9厘回報。
