美聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示，將軍澳屋苑SAVANNAH錄得本月首宗交投，有1房戶減價超過「1球」，上述成交單位為SAVANNAH第3C座中層F室，1房間隔，設有開放式廚房，實用面積417呎。單位於7月放盤，開價$850萬，其後數次下調叫價，最終減價$102萬或12%，以$748萬成交，折合實用呎價$17,938。

資料顯示，原業主於2016年6月以$489.1萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利$258.9萬，單位升值約53%。他補充，SAVANNAH現時市場放盤約75個，當中1房單位，實用面積310呎的單位，入場費約$628萬。
