將軍澳Monterey6A座中高層1房戶買家以$500萬入市

美聯物業將軍澳天晉匯分行首席高級營業經理羅定康表示，減息在望，部分買家趁樓價低位加速入市。新近促成的一個將軍澳Monterey 1房單位成交，業主以$500萬沽貨，持貨約3年，虧蝕約$270萬。

羅定康指，上述成交的單位為將軍澳Monterey 6a座中高層D戶，實用面積約366平方呎，屬1房間隔。買家以$500萬承接單位，實用呎價約$13,661。

成交資料顯示，原業主於2021年2月以$770萬購入上述物業，持貨約3年，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$270萬，或約35%。
