美聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示，日前促成將軍澳Monterey 3座低層C室，實用面積751平方呎，3房連套房間隔，內櫳企理，加上單位連環降價，吸引同區客承接，叫價$1,650萬，後連減4口價，最終以$1,300萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$17,310。
據了解，原業主於2019年3月以約$1,573萬承接，是次轉手帳面蝕讓離場。
