將軍澳翠林累減$47萬至$153萬沽

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，日前促成將軍澳翠林邨輝林樓高層22室，實用面積381平方呎，兩房開則單位有景有裝修。據悉，單位去年十月放盤叫價$200萬，近期調整至$175萬，最終獲買家以$153萬承接，累減$47萬，實用面積平均呎價為$4,016。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2006年7月以$17.12萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨18年帳面獲利$135.88萬，期間大幅升值近8倍。
