美聯物業-林健偉經理表示，公屋門檻較低，持續吸引買家入市。該行新近促成將軍澳景林邨6座景桃樓中層13室的交投，單位實用面積約443平方呎，座向南方，屬2房間隔，獲買家以綠表價$210萬承接，實用面積平均呎價為$4,740。

林健偉指，原業主開價$300萬，放盤約7個月，買家為家庭客，鍾情上述單位景觀開揚，間隔實用，且屋苑位置方便，雙方議價後減價$90萬，買家睇樓1次即拍板成交。原業主於2001年5月未補地價以約$18.6萬購入上述單位，持貨約24年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$191.4萬，單位升值逾10倍。
