世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，新近促成將軍澳景明苑旭景閣(C座)高層1室，實用面積554平方呎，3房間隔，原叫價$618萬，累減$128萬至$490萬(自由市場價)，實用面積平均呎價$8,845。

據了解，原業主於2010年11月以連補地價以$198萬購入物業自住至今，持貨12年帳面獲利逾$292萬，期間勁升近1.5倍。
