美聯物業將軍澳新都城分行區域經理黃少明表示,日前促成將軍澳新都城一期4座高層H室,實用面積698平方呎,3房連套房間隔,內櫳企理,加上基座有大型商場,且鄰近港鐵寶琳站,吸引用家承接,據了解,單位放盤近1年半,原叫價$1,310萬,惟一直乏人問津,惟有面對現實,近月連番降價,吸引用家承接,以$958萬成交,累減$352萬,實用面積平均呎價約$13,725。

據了解,上址原業主於2013年8月以$693萬購得,是次轉手帳面賺$265,升值38%。
