美聯物業將軍澳天晉分行高級分區營業經理黃麗貞表示，日前促成將軍澳新寶城5座極高層C室，實用面積378平方呎，2房間隔。據了解，原業主打算換大單位，故沽貨物業單位，並獲用家垂青，議價後以約$588萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$15,555。

據了解，原業主於2000年9月以$173萬購入上述單位，帳面獲利$415萬，單位升值240%。
