將軍澳怡心園累減$108萬至$642萬易手

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，新近促成將軍澳怡心園三座中層D室，單位實用面積604平方呎，三房連套房，單位享開揚市景，業主去年四月放盤叫價$750萬，近日調整至$720萬，現在以$642萬沽出物業，累減$108萬，實用面積平均呎價僅$10,629。

據了解，原業主於2005年11月以$219萬購入物業至今，現在以$642萬沽出物業，帳面獲利約$423萬，物業18年大幅升值近兩倍。
