世紀21物業-曾志雄經理表示，最新成交為將軍澳廣明苑D座廣瑞閣低層13號室，單位實用面積 539平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向東南，享內園開揚景觀。單位於上月底以$398萬放售，經過多輪議價，最終於日前以$368萬由區內綠表客承接，實用面積平均呎價約$6,828。

曾志雄補充，原業主於2016年以$291萬(未補地價)購入物業，持貨約九年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$77萬，物業升值幅度約26.5%。
