世紀21物業（將軍澳）分行經理表示，一名「白居二」買家以$320萬購入將軍澳廣明苑廣隆閣（B座）中層7室，實用面積433平方呎，企理裝修單位望內園景。據悉，單位於本月初放盤叫價$360萬，現獲買家以$320萬承接，一口減$40萬沽出，減幅達11%，折合實用面積呎價為$7,390。

原業主於1998年4月以約$85.1萬（未補地價）購入物業至今，持貨26年帳面獲利$234.9萬，物業期間大幅升值2.8倍。
