香港置業將軍澳蔚藍灣畔分行區域營業董事范文濤表示，樓市交投熾熱，位於將軍澳的將軍澳廣場本月暫錄5宗成交，與上月同期比較略為放慢。包括該行剛促成的一宗該屋苑2房戶的買賣成交，上車客斥$740萬購入單位，實用呎價約$16,300，屬市價成交。
上述售出單位為將軍澳廣場2期5座低層C室，實用面積約454平方呎，建築面積約619平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東北望園景。范文濤指，原業主以$750萬放盤約3個月後吸引首置客洽詢，雙方經議價後，減價$10萬以$740萬成交，實用呎價約$16,300，建築呎價約$11,955。據了解，新業主心儀單位間隔實用，而且環境清淨，故在睇樓數次後即決定入市。
資料顯示，業主於2018年7月以約$680萬購入上述單位，持貨5年，帳面獲利$60萬。
