世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外買家成功以連補地價$396萬，自由市場購入康盛花園單位，物業二座中層M單位，實用面積592平方呎，單位企理裝修望開揚山景。據報，業主本年三月以連補地價$430萬放盤，最終獲買家議價一口減$34萬，成功以$396萬沽出單，折合實用面積呎價為$6,689。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2010年5月以連補地價$198萬購入單位自住至今，現在成功以$396萬沽出單位，帳面獲利$198萬，物業14年升值一倍。
