二手樓市持續疲弱，將軍澳峻瀅呎價跌破9,000元大關，直逼大西北二手呎價水平。消息指，將軍澳峻瀅3座低層E室，實用面積736平方呎，3房間隔，原業主叫價750萬元放售，經過多番調整售價後，最終以660萬元成功售出，呎價8,967元，創屋苑逾5年新低，相比同區屋苑亦屬超低水。

原業主於2012年以518.6萬元購入單位，持貨12年，帳面獲利141.4萬元，升值約27%。

翻查多個位於「大西北」的屋苑之最新成交，呎價皆徘徊在8,000元左右，天水圍嘉湖山莊美湖居6座，實用面積544呎的3房戶，呎價為8,230元；屯門碼頭慧豐園2座，實用面積646呎的3房戶，呎價為8,638元。元朗溱柏1座，實用面積954呎的3房戶，呎價為7,966元。
