世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，日前促成將軍澳寶明苑寶松閣（A座）中層17室，單位實用面積597平方呎，3房大廳開則理裝修單位向東北望山景。據報，業主本年一月放盤，最初叫價為$538萬，期間多次調整至$460萬，最終成功以$442萬沽出，累計減價$96萬，減幅達17%，實用面積平均呎價為$7,404。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1998年10月約$88.4萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨26年，帳面大幅升值$353.6萬，期間升值幅度達4倍。
