世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，最新將軍澳居二市場成交，將軍澳寶明苑寶松閣（A座）低層17室，單位實用面積601平方呎，3房大廳開則企理裝修望內園景單位，剛以$420萬售出，較業主於去年七月放盤叫價$520萬，累計減價$100萬，減幅達19%，實用面積平均呎價為$6,988。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1998年10月約$83.6萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨27年，帳面大幅升值$336.4萬，期間升值幅度逾4倍。
