美聯物業將軍澳新都城分行區域經理黃少明表示，日前促成將軍澳富麗花園2座極低層E室，實用面積420平方呎，屬2房間隔，內櫳企理，單位去年11月放盤，原叫價$539萬，議價後減至$490萬易手，累減$49萬，據悉，雖然單位位處極低層，新買家見價錢吸引，較對上成交價$580萬，平約15%，故火速拍板承接，實用面積平均呎價約$11,667。
據了解，上址原業主於2005年8月以$133.5萬購得，是次轉手帳面勁賺$356.5萬，升值逾2.6倍。
