世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，日前促成將軍澳富麗花園2座高層H室，單位實用面積410平方呎，2房單位望內園泳池景，業主放盤叫價近日調整至$600萬，現獲買家以$552萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$13,463。

世紀21物業(將軍澳)魏仕良補充，單位原業主屬於屋苑罕有一手業主，早於1993年5月以約$187萬購入物業至今，現時以$552萬沽貨，持貨長達30年，帳面大幅獲利$365萬，期間市值勁升近2倍。
