世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，成交單位為將軍澳安寧花園三座高層F室，實用面積583平方呎，區內買家以$685(自由市場價)購入。業主於去年十二月放盤，叫價$750，現在以$685萬交，累計減價64萬，減幅達8%。
原業主早於1991年以$51.2萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，由於當日是以未補地價購入，而現時屬自由市場成交，市值不能直接比較。
