世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，最新成交為將軍澳夾屋疊翠軒3座高層G室，單位實用面積614平方呎，3房連套房單位，企理裝修望市景。原業主於去年十一月放盤，初時叫價為$740萬，期間累計減$105萬，實用面積平均呎價為$10,342。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1997年9月以約$262.6萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨27年，現時連補地價購入，相信在扣除補地價金額仍有一定賺幅。
