世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外綠表買家以$450萬，購入將軍澳唐明苑唐輝閣(A座)低層16室，單位實用面積646平方呎，三房大廳開則向內園景，業主放盤叫價$600萬，近日調整至$468萬，現獲買家以$450萬承接，累計減價$150萬，減幅達25%，折合實用面積呎價為$6,966。

原業主於1999年3月以約$100.4萬購入物業至今，持貨24年升值$349.6萬，期間升幅近3.5倍以上
