　亞視前行政總裁封小平及相關人士持有的山頂陽光花園兩座洋房，早前因拖欠銀行按揭貸款而成為銀主貨，並委託仲量聯行推出招標，兩屋面積均2,995呎，估值近3億元，呎價達5萬元。物業昨日截標，惟仲量聯行方面未有透露相關截標細節。有知情人士則透露，物業招標反應理想，估計短期內可望成功易手。
