香港置業西九龍昇悅居商場分行首席高級營業經理黃銘傑表示，該行剛促成一宗宇晴軒的租務成交，租出單位為宇晴軒2座低層E室，實用面積約468平方呎，建築面積約669平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東望球場景，業主以約$2萬放租，雙方經議價後以$1.8萬成交，實用呎租約$38.5，建築呎租約$26.9。

資料顯示，原業主於2004年9月以約$225萬購入上述單位，業主享回報約9.6厘。
