宇晴軒2座低層2房議價後以$1.8萬租出享回報約9.6厘

香港置業西九龍昇悅居商場分行首席高級營業經理黃銘傑表示,該行剛促成一宗宇晴軒的租務成交,租出單位為宇晴軒2座低層E室,實用面積約468平方呎,建築面積約669平方呎,屬2房間隔,向東望球場景,業主以約$2萬放租,雙方經議價後以$1.8萬成交,實用呎租約$38.5,建築呎租約$26.9。

資料顯示,原業主於2004年9月以約$225萬購入上述單位,業主享回報約9.6厘。
