威華中心劈價10%重推

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）恒地主席李兆基私人持有的上環威利麻街威華商業中心昨推出17個單位發售，部分去年曾推出單位在今次劈價10.8%重推。趁復活節來臨，首10名買家可享3%至10%折扣，優惠期至月底。

昨日推出單位分佈4樓至23樓，建築面積517方呎至698方呎，定價576.9萬元至896.7萬元，呎價11,052元至13,702元。發展商提供即供付款辦法，可享最高5%折扣。

個別單位曾於去年6月推出，其中4樓2室，522方呎，去年定價647萬元，現減至576萬元重推，呎價11,052元，劈價10.8%。而今次加推的單位中，新推的13樓1室，578方呎定價758萬元，連同優惠，折實價720萬元，呎價12,472元，相比去年6月售出對下一層12樓1室，成交價達722.5萬元，比今次新推的單位還要貴。該盤於去年6月開售至今，累售36個單位，平均成交呎價約13,000元。
