上述成交單位為凱帆軒2座低層B室，實用面積465方呎，屬2房間隔，望海景，單位間隔企理，加上位處市區，生活交通便利，據悉，單位原放盤叫價$880萬，吸引用家承接，議價後以$845萬成交，降價$35萬，減幅4%，折合實用呎價約$18,172。
據悉，原業主於2016年9月斥資約$688萬購得，是次轉手帳面獲利約$157萬，升值約23%。
