二手夾屋買賣連跌兩個月。中原地產研究部昨日指出，1月二手夾屋買賣合約登記錄得8宗，總值4,530.8萬元，較去年12月的15宗及8,561.6萬元大幅下跌46.7%及47.1%，齊創十個月新低。
回顧1月有1宗登記打入歷年十大高價成交榜之內。鴨脷洲悅海華庭第1座高層H室單位，成交價錄830萬元，創歷年第三高。
至於1月次高個案來自葵涌浩景臺第5座中層F室單位，成交價622萬元。第三高是悅海華庭第3座中層G室單位，錄612萬元。
據了解，浩景臺及悅海華庭1月各錄3宗買賣登記，何文田欣圖軒及葵涌芊紅居則各有1宗。
