夾屋買賣六個月新高

夾屋市道跟隨大市向升，登記數字創六個月新高。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇昨日指出，今年1月二手夾屋買賣合約登記錄得22宗，總值1.15億元，較去年12月的10宗及5,387.1萬元，分別大幅上升1.2倍及1.1倍。

1月有1宗二手夾屋打入歷年高價成交榜之內。青衣宏福花園第4座中層E室單位，成交價錄700.0萬元，創歷史第三高。1月次高是將軍澳疊翠軒第3座高層E室單位，成交價錄640.0萬元。葵涌浩景臺第3座高層H室單位錄588.0萬元，排名第三位。

值得留意是，上月價值四百萬元或以下的買賣錄零宗，與去年12月相同。
