中原(工商舖)寫字樓部高級營業董事李婉琪表示，該行代理放售尖沙咀廣東道28號力寶太陽廣場低層10室，面積1,401方呎，意向呎價14,800元，意向價2,074萬元，將以交吉形式交易。資料顯示，原業主於2004年以呎價約5,050元購入該物業，若今番以意向價成功售出，物業將大為升值約2倍，業主帳面亦告獲利約1,364萬元。若按目前市值呎租約40元計算，新業主可享約3厘回報。

李氏補充，今番放售單位間隔四正，適合中小型企業作辦公室之用。與此同時，該物業亦具零售概念銀座式商廈，既有多間大型連鎖潮流食品及零售品牌進駐，能帶動呎價平穩上揚。
