　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）受一連串負面消息影響，後市變得難測，工廈市場氣氛亦略見回軟，用家趁勢入市。中原(工商舖)工商部營業董事張志傑表示，剛促成大埔汀角路51號太平工業園中層B室的成交，面積約16,966呎，成交價約2,235萬元，呎價約1,317元。

　據悉，買家為一家經營高科技電子產品的公司，本身於九龍灣區工廈設有貨倉及寫字樓，因業務擴充而增購倉庫作擴充。該單位原業主於92年11月以1,000萬元購入，持貨至今約19年，獲利約1,235萬元，單位升值約1.2倍。
