中原東山閣資深區域營業董事趙鴻運表示，新近錄得太古城冠天閣中層D室成交，實用面積714平方呎，建築面積831平方呎，3房連套房間隔，向東南，望街景，原先叫價$1,600萬，累減$147萬至$1,453萬將單位易手，實用面積平均呎價$20,350。

中原趙鴻運指，原業主於2009年4月以$601萬買入單位，持貨13年，帳面獲利$852萬，單位升值142%。
