香港置業-布家良董事表示，租出單位為太古城鄱陽閣中層C室，實用面積約489平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東南望園景。布家良稱，業主以月租約$1.95萬放租約1星期後獲區內客接洽，雙方議價後以約$1.95萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$42.9，新租客為家庭客，心儀單位向園景，環境清幽，故睇樓2次後拍板承租。

資料顯示，業主於2019年6月以約$910萬購入上述單位。
