美聯物業太古城-華山閣分行市務經理(銷售)陳昌裕表示，由於施政前買賣氣氛濃厚，故租務成交更趨活躍，太古城本月迄今暫已錄得約40宗租務成交，該行剛促成一個584實呎戶，月租$2.38萬成交，2009年貨租金回報逾5厘。

陳昌裕指出，該承租的太古城海天花園恒天閣一個高層D室單位，實用面積584方呎，建築面積688方呎，為兩房間格，單位原叫價約月租$2.5萬，議價後獲港島東區租客垂青，議價後以月租$2.38萬成交，折合實用呎租約$40.8，折合建築呎租約$34.6。

業主於2009年9月份以約$538萬購入上述單位，若以目前租金計算，租金回報約5.3厘。
