湯偉明指出,上述剛成交的單位為兩房間隔,由於樓價合理,加上租金持續上升及樓市氣氛向好,推動租客用家加快入市置業步伐,承接單位作自住之用。原業主於1997年2月以約$542萬購入物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$404.5萬,或升值約75%。
