香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）何文田豪盤天鑄銷情暢旺，發展商新地食髓知味，昨天公布新銷售安排，於下周四（16日）推售10伙，分布於6、7、8座，將於15日截票並進行抽籤。另外，房協旗下長沙灣喜薈昨日上載樓書。

喜薈樓書顯示，項目樓高33層共提供350伙，實用面積介乎391方呎至674方呎，預計2016年底落成。

另一方面，新盤銷情延續，大鴻輝旗下何文田加多利峯15樓A室成功標售。同時，嘉里等發展的沙田玖瓏山亦沽出1伙。
