祥益地產-謝利官經理表示，成交單位為天水圍嘉湖山莊樂湖居8座中層E室，實用面積448平方呎，2房，日前獲區內客承租。據悉，業主今年年初透過本公司買入單位，剛收樓便成功租出。租客鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，附設企理裝修，加上屋苑鄰近工作地點亦是其考慮租入的主要因素，上述租客遂便決定以月租$1.2萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租為$26.8。

謝氏續稱，如以業主購入價約$405萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.6厘。
