祥益地產高級分行經理謝利官表示，日前分行促成一宗嘉湖山莊賞湖居的租賃成交個案，租金回報率達2.6厘。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2期(賞湖居) 6座低層D室，實用面積551呎，三房一廳。租客為區內客，鍾情單位內附企理裝修，加上業主有$500議價空間，而且屋苑鄰近子女心儀學校，租客遂便決定為了校網決定搬屋，以$1.05萬租入上述單位，以實用面積計算呎租$19.1。

謝氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$490萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率達2.6厘。
