美聯物業天水圍 - 嘉湖分行聯席區域經理湯少建表示，成交單位為天水圍嘉湖山莊景湖居9座高層C及D室相鄰戶，實用面積分別為544平方呎及546平方呎，兩戶均為3房設計。據悉，買家為同區換樓客，原先在市場尋找複式單位，及後有見相鄰單位更為實用，且裝修新淨，加上同類單位市場罕有放盤，故睇樓後即時議價後，合計以$888萬承接相鄰單位，實用面積平均呎價約$8,146，屬市價成交。

資料顯示，原業主2014年分別以$300萬及$350萬買入單位，持貨10年，帳面升值$238萬。
