中原北角半山區高級資深區域營業董事陳家鴻表示，剛促成單位為天寶大廈A座低層A室，實用面積1141平方呎，建築面積1280平方呎，3房套間隔，景觀開揚，可望少部份海景，業主年初叫價$2700萬，最終大幅減價11%以$2,404萬將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價$21,069。

原業主於2018年12月以$2,100萬買入單位，持貨3年多，帳面獲利$304萬，單位升值14%。
