世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，日前成交是天后美城花園大廈低層E室，單位實用面積約440平方呎，屬2房設計，向南眺望開揚樓景，減價$53萬，成交價約$730萬，實用面積平均呎價$16,591。

世紀21蔡嘉駿指，單位原業主2013年2月以約$500萬購入上址單位，業主持貨僅9年帳面獲利$230萬，期間單位升值46%。
