大角咀維港灣中層3房 降價$225萬至$1,575萬獲承接

美聯物業尖沙咀擎天半島分行高級區域營業董事李子樂表示,該行剛促成大角咀維港灣3房單位之買賣個案,上述成交單位為維港灣9座中層3房D室,實用面積700方呎,據悉,單位原放盤叫價$1,800萬,後降價$225萬,獲換樓客青睞,成交價約$1,575萬,減幅12.5%,折合實用呎價約$22,500。

資料顯示,原業主於2011年2月斥資$1,057萬購得,是次轉手帳面獲利$518萬元,升值約49%。
