大昌地產位於港島南鴨脷洲海旁道18號的全新臨海住宅項目，昨日正式命名為「璟南」。項目僅提供38個單位，全部為四房海景大宅，發展商預計短期內上載樓書，目標於第三季以招標形式推售。

大昌地產營業部主管周俊豪表示，璟南全盤38伙均為四房戶型，預計每戶將配備雙車位。標準樓層每層僅設2伙，高層則設有6個特色單位，包括2伙頂層複式及4伙連平台特色戶。項目基座設有三層住客會所，配備泳池及花園等設施，為住戶打造尊貴生活享受。

周俊豪透露，項目總投資額已超過20億元，並強調會於用料方面繼續加碼。現時銷售部署進展順利，預計最快9月可獲批入伙紙，將盡快上載樓書，並以招標形式推售，關鍵日期為今年年底，屬於極短樓花期。

定價方面，周俊豪表示將參考黃竹坑、啟德等區內新盤同類型四房單位近期成交，認為現時市場氣氛良好，交投活躍，對後市充滿信心。
