香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）大昌集團上周四曾公布山頂賓吉道3號2間洋房價單，隨即收回後，昨日再度公布新一張價單，於下周二盡推餘下5間洋房，售價由3.76億元至4.16億元，呎價由81,739元至85,773元，其中F屋加價4%至4.16億元。

根據價單顯示，今次推售的5座洋房為B、C、D、E、F屋，實用面積4,432方呎至4,850方呎，附傢具及裝修，此5間洋房將於下周二推售。發展商提供相當於樓價7.5%買家印花稅及4.25%從價印花稅現金回贈，以最大折扣11.75%計，折實後售價分別為3.3182億元至3.6712億元，實呎價72,134及75,695元，比同區新盤低約22%至24%。

山頂賓吉道3號共6幢洋房，其中A屋於2011年以3.998億元售出，當時建築呎價逾5.7萬元。
